Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Shared Learning will offer for Fall 2020 only on-line courses via Zoom, beginning September 14 and ending December 18th. Full semester (and part semester) courses are moderated by our members and on topics including the fine arts, hard sciences, humanities, current events and social and behavioral sciences. All will be presented by Zoom Video Conferencing. If you haven’t used Zoom successfully, don’t despair! Moderators will provide training the week before classes start.
For a Fall membership fee of $25, students may take as many courses as they can fit into their schedule.
To receive a paper copy of the full Catalog, you may contact Mary Ann Freedman at: (919) 593-3335, (email@example.com).
If you are not able to print the Registration Page, you may write all the requested information from that page on a piece of paper and mail it in with your registration fee to the address shown.
Chapel Hill’s Shared Learning Association has offered non-credit educational courses to senior and other adults for more than 40 years. These are designed for participants (“students”) and class leaders (“moderators”) who love to ‘share learning’ with other adults with similar interests. For more information about Shared Learning, go to our Who We Are page. To tell others (friends, family, organizations) about us, send them our recent press release.
